Fried Rice Sunday!

We sometimes cook more rice than we need and we always find ways for us not to waste them. My favorite way is to cook them into FRIED RICE!

Here in the Philippines, we mix fried rice with other morning items to make it more flavorful. For today, I decided to make TOSILOG.

TOCINO (cured meat)


1. First, fry the garlic.
2. Add softened rice.
3. Add a bit of water, just enough to make rice softer.
4. When there is no more moisture, add the tocino.
5. Top with scrambled/sunny side up egg.

Pair it with coffee 🙌
